Офіс Генерального прокурора спільно зі Службою безпеки України за результатами комплексних заходів викрили агентурне проникнення російських спецслужб до Національного антикорупційного бюро України.
У Києві затримано співробітника Центрального апарату НАБУ, який шпигував для фсб та працює в найелітнішому закритому підрозділі «Д-2».
За даними слідства, куратором працівника НАБУ був Дмитро Іванцов – заступник керівника охорони В. Януковича, який в лютому 2014 року допомагав президенту-втікачу перебратися до росії, а сам залишився в анексованому Криму, де його і завербувала фсб.
Вказаний співробітник збирав та передавав для спецслужб ворога установчі дані українських правоохоронців та інших громадян. Персональну інформацію витягував зі закритої бази даних правоохоронних органів України.
Задокументовано щонайменше 60 епізодів передачі куратору інформації з обмеженим доступом. За кожну таку передачу отримував кошти на свою банківську картку.
Після ґрунтовного документування злочинів співробітника НАБУ, він був затриманий працівниками Офісу Генерального прокурора та Служби безпеки України. У нього вилучено телефон і комп’ютерну техніку, які він використовував для контактів з куратором.
Співробітнику НАБУ повідомлено про підозру (https://gp.gov.ua/ua/posts/ogp-ta-sbu-zatrimali-spivrobitnika-naielitnisogo-zakritogo-pidrozdidu-nabu ) за двома статтями Кримінального кодексу України: за ч. 1 ст. 111 (державна зрада) та ч. 3 ст. 362 (несанкціоновані дії з інформацією, яка оброблюється в електронно-обчислювальних машинах (комп’ютерах), автоматизованих системах, комп’ютерних мережах або зберігається на носіях такої інформації, вчинені особою, яка має право доступу до неї).
Зазначимо, що керівництво НАБУ було поінформовано про можливі ризики відносно їхнього співробітника. Проте, жодних заходів реагування вжито не було, а після цього підозрюваний намагався знищити докази своєї протиправної діяльності.
The Prosecutor General’s Office and the Security Service of Ukraine detained an employee of the most elite closed unit of the NABU
The Prosecutor General’s Office along with the Security Service of Ukraine, as a result of comprehensive measures, exposed the infiltration of russian intelligence services into the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
An employee of the Central Office of the NABU, who spied for the federal secret services and works in the most elite closed unit “D-2”, was detained in Kyiv.
According to the investigation, the NABU employee’s supervisor was Dmytro Ivantsov, the deputy head of V. Yanukovych’s security, who in February 2014 helped the fugitive president move to russia, but remained in the annexed Crimea, where he was recruited by the federal secret services.
The mentioned employee collected and transmitted to the enemy’s intelligence services the identification data of Ukrainian law enforcement officers and other citizens. He extracted personal information from a closed database of Ukrainian law enforcement agencies.
At least 60 episodes of the curator transmitting restricted information have been documented. For each such transmission, he received funds on his bank card.
After thoroughly documentation of the crimes of the NABU employee, he was detained by officers of the Prosecutor General’s Office and the Security Service of Ukraine. The phone and computer equipment he used to contact the curator were seized.
The NABU employee was notified of suspicion under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: under paragraph 1 of Art 111 (high treason) and paragraph 3 of Art 362 (unauthorized actions with information processed in electronic computers, automated systems, computer networks or stored on carriers of such information, committed by a person who has the right to access it).
It should be noted that the NABU leadership was informed about the possible risks regarding their employee. However, no response measures were taken, and after that the suspect tried to destroy evidence of his illegal activities.
